Sometimes we wonder if we are really able to RELAX into life’s abundance. Do you feel your muscles tense up in certain situations? Ahh the familiar butterflies in the stomach, the back aches, the neck and shoulder stiffness, the throbbing of the head? At times like these, we really just need to let go and RELAX!!!
Do you ever take the time to relax? What relaxes you?
Michelle: How did you celebrate life today?
Daisy: Hmmmm.. did the usual things with a grateful heart.
Michelle: I like that…doing ordinary, mundane things with a grateful heart…that’s a great one!
Daisy: Hahaha yeah, I guess that is how I felt while eating the frogs.
Michelle: Oh yes, eating your ugliest frog first…doing the things you don’t like to do and getting it out of the way is a good way to start the day! I am chuckling imagining you eating your frogs. How did you feel then?
Daisy: Accomplished! Wonderful! It felt effortless too! I guess I can better understand what that means- being able to function effortlessly. You can just relax into abundance.
Michelle: Hey, I like those words. Relaxing into abundance…yes! Aaaahh, what do you mean by it?
Daisy: Hahaha Well, you carry on with your daily routine in a more relaxed manner because you have faith enough to know all is well. And that my dear is relaxing into life’s abundance.
Michelle: Oh, that is what you meant. Hmmm…it makes me picture the times I tried to swim in a back float.
I had a hard time doing that — as you kept reminding me to just relax into it. Hahaha I guess there are many moments in our live when we find it hard to let go.
Daisy: True! I had a hard time putting that concept into practice. But I can see I am now grasping it more and more and see what it actually means and be able to put it into words.
Michelle: Yes, that is great! Relax into life’s abundance.
A wonderful reminder. After this, I am going to unwind with a hot bath! That should help me have a good night’s rest.
Daisy: I’m watching a good movie, something funny. Good night, Michelle. Relax…all is well.
Michelle: I will keep that in mind. Goodnight Daisy.
And to you our dear readers, allow yourself to relax and have fun with life. Do the thing which relaxes you. Relax into life’s abundance. Take care…
