“Increase Productivity with Holistic Wellness Training!” is a declaration I am willing to make over and over again. Recent studies have affirmed how employer-sponsored wellness programs have increased productivity in the workplace and I am affirming how holistic wellness has increased productivity in my personal life.
I began my career in the performing arts where unhealthy habits were easily picked up by young artists wanting to belong. Spending late nights brainstorming, unloading personal problems, drinking, smoking and even taking “pot shots” were part of the so called “creative process” of becoming a true blooded artist-activist in the 1980′s.
