Attending a funeral often makes me reflect as people come to visit the grieving family. It’s a difficult and challenging time. Grief of the loss of a loved one weighs heavily on the soul. The corridor of the mind is empty and numb.

Making this video taught me one important thing. In manifesting abundance, openness is the secret for things to happen in your life.
Believe it or not, I’ve always been a scaredy cat. I’d rather stay in the background than stay in front and strut. The word abundance is filled with energy, power and intensity. If you pause for awhile to contemplate and ponder its meaning, abundance means it is present in high quantities or extremely plentiful in quantity and overflowing fullness. As the concept of abundance exists, so is the opposite of it. The opposite of abundance is scarcity, shortage or lack.

The Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT Tapping has become part of my daily routine and has helped me identify the many obstacles that prevented me from basking in the abundance of love and life. To say it has radically changed my life is an understatement– that is power wellness for you.
I got my first taste of EFT Tapping, now known as the Universal Healing Aid, from a video of Gary Craig, the Founder of EFT. I was amazed at how a few simple steps of tapping meridian points in my body could release negative energy from my system. In my desire to understand the technique further I stumbled upon a video called Try It On Everything.
