After you read this article you will know why I had to use the title Heart Health and followed it up with How Your Heart Can Keep You Fit. The first time the idea came to me I felt really good that I had to write down my thoughts and share what I now know to be true.
Studies have shown how the heart is not just a pumping station but rather it functions like a sensory organ with a brain of its own. Joseph Chilton Pearce, author of the Magical Child (Plume), has this to say.
” Quite literally there is a "brain" in the heart, whose ganglia are linked to every major organ in the body, to the entire muscle spindle system that uniquely enables humans to express their emotions.” He continues to explain that “The emotional brain makes a qualitative evaluation of our experience of this world and sends that information instant-by-instant down to the heart. In return, the heart exhorts the brain to make the appropriate response. In other words, the responses that the heart makes affect the entire human system.”
Remember those moments when you felt a tug in the heart followed by the sudden tensing of the body and then the weakening of the other parts of your system? That’s how fast the communication between the mind-heart-body goes. Now, that’s just covers part of the story.
Biophysicists have discovered that the heart is also a very powerful electromagnetic generator. Pearce reveals that the heart “creates an electromagnetic field that encompasses the body and extends out anywhere from eight to twelve feet away from it. It is so powerful that you can take an electrocardiogram reading from as far as three feet away from the body.” This is another amazing fact that I leads to my point.
Science has truly backed up the necessity of nurturing positive emotional experiences in our lives. In other words, we ought to bring ourselves to constantly feel good. Our heart has the power to transmit these feel good emotions faster than any part of our body and amplify it as far as 12 feet away!
This can only mean that if you keep a happy heart then you can be sure to be fit. Start from the heart. Let it feel your love for it by doing some Healthy Exercises For The Heart. You will find that these particular exercises go beyond the usual cardio exercises you find in the net. Feed your heart with your passion.
Think with your heart. Make decisions that make you feel good. Do the things that you enjoy and that feeling will bring into your experience more of the same delightful occurrence. What your heart amplifies will come back to you a hundred fold.
Let your heart rejoice with love by nourishing it with Daily Affirmations for the Heart. Acknowledge its unique role in synchronizing activity in multiple systems of the body. Be grateful that it is the most powerful and consistent generator of rhythmic information patterns in the body. Know that it is in continuous connection with the brain and other bodily organs.
Love your heart by loving yourself better while being grateful to your creator who gave you a beautiful heart. Let your heart savor everything it sees, feels, smells, hears, and tastes thereby increasing its intensity to love even more. Shower your heart with joy and benefit from the health of every part of your body, mind and spirit.
Your heart can truly keep you fit. Now, that’s Heart Health for you.

An amazing article showing how literally love or lack of affects things well beyond our physical limits. Even more so as you speak of the ripples, no machinery is yet developed to identify how far reaching the ripples may flow. A heartbeat is a vibration, a vibrations resonates and carries and “ripples” into unknown vastness of unlimited reach. This vibration that extends 12 ft from our body then sends the vibration forunlimited distances and unlimited ripple effects.
How beautifully put and shared how to keep this aspect of our body and spirit in good working order, transmitting to ourselves and the world the “loving abundance”
