Hi Shirley,

Oh yes, changing belief systems take years to master and I am still struggling to shake off the remnants of the old thoughts in several areas of my life. Writing about it helps the new concept take on more roots in my system.

Thank you for giving the site a stumble and a review. Looking forward to reading more comments. LOL.

Love heals,
Daisy

I agree with the author as I agree with the Irish wisdom when it says:" Money swore an oath that no one who does not love money should have her." Love of abundance is one of the highest philosophy that one can ever attain and have. After all God wants us to be abundant in this universe as He is himself abundant too, for he created everything. As the saying goes God is Love and yes, love and being loving towards all the beautiful things in this mundane world could make one rich. Love of money is not bad, it is the lust for money that makes it evil. Being rich and being in love towards the abundance of life is God's expectation towards us. Since being poor in life is in itself a sin . For being poor means going against the wishes of God that is to expand our horizons, live life to the fullest, be happy for the abundance that He gave us and yes, being rich as He is.

I've read Wallace Wattles a couple of times now. It seems that he is considered a forerunner of the new concepts that are in practise today.

I couldn't agree more with what you said, and I know that you can't get something new if you hold on to something old. That's the tricky part sometimes - letting go of deeply engrained beliefs, even when they hurt you.

My mom used to tell me when I was little that, "You don't want to be rich, people will take your kids." I think the Lindbergh (sp?) kidnapping was still affecting her generation.

Kudos to you Daisy, for managing this inner work. It's the most challenging kind.

Love & Light

I'm still struggling that money is the source of fight between families. I saw it happened with my dad's relatives. I'd like to try to see it from a different perspective now. Thanks for this thought provoking article.

Hi Marie, I'm with you and Daisy. I didn't want money in my life and was very determined to live a simple life, I saw how it affected people that I know of. They fought over money and families got broken. I love what you said about creating realities with our beliefs system. When I finally saw the other side of the picture, I've come to see how money can do good too. And this change of mindset is awesome. LOL

Hi Marie, it's always great to find you sharing so many wonderful things about life. We learn a lot from inspirations such as you. I am truly grateful for the amazing light you bring unto these pages. I see we bought grew up thinking that poverty was the way to go. I know of many who grew up the way we did. I wrote this article precisely for those who have undergone a similar experience. I'm really happy we connected. Thank you for the encouragement and support. Love and light:)
